I grew up in an environment where values such as honesty, integrity and helping others were stressed not only in my home but also at my school. I embraced those standards and wanted to have a career that included putting those principles to work for others. I looked around and realized that real estate is a professional career that would allow me to do just that.
I wanted a company that conformed to my values.
Traveling the US, around the world and meeting people taught me much about myself and increased my knowledge of what other people value. Meeting a variety of cultures filled in some gaps about communicating and cooperating that were still left after college. When the time came for me to find a profession I realized that most companies require you to conform to their ideals. I wanted a company that conformed to mine. I have been involved in real estate most of my life.. My mom has been a successful real estate professional since 1994, so you can see I grew up in the business; watching, learning from her and her associates.
